Test report for compliance of TOR-D helmets with the international standard NJI 0106.01 Level IIIA
The tests were conducted in June 2020 at the ballistic laboratory Chesapeake Testing (Belcamp, Maryland, USA).
According to the results of testing 6 samples, it was found that helmets TOR-D manufactured by UaRms fully meet requirements of the Standard 0106.01 Level IIIA.
Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
The certificate number is GIUA-0002-QC
The Certificate of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 confirms that on the basis of an independent international audit the production and sales of the following products: TREVIX ballistic masks, bulletproof helmets "TOR" and "TOR-D", ballistic protection "BLOCK" and others products fully meet all necessary requirements for this certification.
The certificate was issued on January 17th, 2019, confirmed on January 2022 5th, and valid until January 16th, 2025.
Test Report № 20.229 to determine the class of protection of the helmet TOR.
The test was conducted on 12/01/2017 by the Testing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
The main test results were recorded in the Report:
On 01/12/2017 bulletproof helmets TOR passed ballistic
tests in the Testing Department of the State Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the definition of the class of protection.
As a result of the helmet, the TOR withstood ballistic tests using a ballistic barrel (TT gun), 7.62 mm bullet bullets of Pst (57-H-134s) and corresponds to the 2nd class of protection according to GSTU 78-41-004-97.
CERTIFICATE based on tests results for determination of the class of protection from fragments in accordance with NATO STANAG 2920 standard. Test conducted on 05.03.2017 in the ballistic laboratory of "MORATEX" Institute, Poland:
Main tests results, stated in Certificate:
On 05/03/2017 ballistic helmet "TOR" has passed a test in the Polish ballistic laboratory of MORATEX Institute (Lodz) with the aim of determining the class of protection from fragments in accordance with NATO STANAG 2920 standard.
When fired upon by fragment simulator FSP weighing 1,102 gram (17 grain), Helmet TOR showed the level of V50 (minimum fragmentation velocity V50 m/s) = 695.2 m/s (the ability to resist destruction with 50% probability), which corresponds to the maximum level of protection F6 (STANAG 2920 Protection Levels), on the basis of which the indicator V50 should not be less than 650 m/s.
CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY for bullet proof helmet TOR, type D (TOR-D)
issued by the State research institute of Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the State certification system UkrSEPRO, date of issue: 09.03.2016
On 09/03/2016 ballistic helmet TOR type D received a CERTIFICATE of COMPLIANCE issued by the State research Institute of Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, on the basis of test report No. 20.194 from 02.03.2016 and in accordance with the State certification system UkrSEPRO.
Registration number UA1.073.0012209-16.On the basis of this certificate, ballistic helmet TOR type D complies with the requirements: sections 5.14, 5.17, 5.18 and 5.19 of GSTU (industrial standard of Ukraine) 78-41-004-97, referred to as “Helmets for bullets protection. General specifications (class of protection 1 - 1A).”

On 30/07/2015 ballistic helmet "TOR" has passed a test in the German ballistic laboratory Beschussamt Mellrichstand with the aim of determining the class of protection from fragments in accordance with NATO STANAG 2920 standard.
When fired upon by fragment simulator FSP weighing 1,102 gram (17 grain), Helmet TOR showed the level of V50 (minimum fragmentation velocity V50 m/s) = 688,1 m/s (the ability to resist destruction with 50% probability), which corresponds to the maximum level of protection F6 (STANAG 2920 Protection Levels), on the basis of which the indicator V50 should not be less than 650 m/s.

On 09/10/2015 ballistic helmet TOR received a CERTIFICATE of COMPLIANCE issued by the State research Institute of Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, on the basis of test report No. 20.182 from 09.10.2015 and in accordance with the State certification system UkrSEPRO.
Registration number UA1.073.0080775-15.On the basis of this certificate, ballistic helmet TOR complies with the requirements: sections 5.14, 5.17, 5.18 and 5.19 of GSTU (industrial standard of Ukraine) 78-41-004-97, referred to as “Helmets for bullets protection.
